Many insurance plans have out-of-network benefits. Prior to your first appointment, it is recommended that you call your insurance company and ask the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network benefits?

• Do I have a deductible for mental health treatment?

• How many sessions per year are covered?

• How much does the insurance company reimburse for each session?

• What percentage of the provider’s fee will I be reimbursed?

If you are seeking reimbursement from your insurance company, we will provide you with a statement (“superbill”) upon request, which you may then submit to your insurance company.
